Q. Do you ship chocolates year round?
A. Yes, chocolates are available for shipment year round. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Q. Do you ship to a P.O. Box?
A. Yes. When using a P.O. Box, delivery is made by the U.S. Postal Service.
Q. How do I change my address for a catalog?
A. You can change your address by contacting us via e-mail at info@basspecan.com or by phone at 1-800-732-2671. Be sure to give your old address as well as the new address.
Q. Do you ship year round?
A. Yes, all items are available year round.
Q. When are fresh crop pecans available?
A. Usually, around the first week of November.
Q. What are your operating hours?
A. Internet orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Phone in orders may be placed Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm by calling 1-800-732-2671. Phone orders may be placed during extended times thru Dec 15th until 9 pm.
Retail locations are open Monday through Saturday 9 am to 6 pm. The Jackson Retail Store is open on Sunday from 12-6
Q. What are your shipping policies?
A. All orders placed before 2 PM central standard time are shipped out that day. Shipments may be deferred at the customer’s request. Christmas, Hanukkah , Valentines, Thanksgiving, Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day orders are shipped on scheduled dates for timely arrival. Any other specified date should use 2nd Day shipping to insure timely delivery. Additional charges may apply.
